How do I stop whatsapp from saving the media that i send?

I've just updated my iPhone whatsapp to the latest 2.11.9
But now everytime I use the camera option in whatsapp to send my friends pictures or videos, it saves a copy in my camera roll, how do I stop this? I already have the save incoming media turned off as I don't want media from my friends saved in my camera roll, it's just when I send stuff from the camera via whatsapp, its also saving it in camera roll

I can only assume you can go to Settings - Privacy -Photos and then disable the button next to WhatsApp, if applicable.
