Verizon taken "off guard" by number of Upgrade requests

REALLY, I mean seriously Verizon Wireless did you not know there would be a mad rush to pre-order the iPhone 6 and 6 plus. Woke up at 2:55 a.m. to place the pre-order, and it's now 3:59 a.m. and still nothing gets past "Error while retrieving ECPD profile"....

FOR G-D'S SAKE VERIZON YOU TOUT YOURSELF AS BEING THE PREMIER WIRELESS COMPANY FOR CUSTOMERS THAT WANT PREMIUM SERVICE!!

HOW ABOUT LIVING UP TO THAT!!

TONIGHT YOU HAVE FAILED MISERABLY!!

Well, it's 540am EST, I got in about 20 minutes ago and placed the order. The thing that I don't like is their website is saying "Ship by 10/14/2014".... WTFH! If that's the case and I don't get it on the 19th, then I'll just cancel the darn order and go to the local WalMart / Sams Club / BestBuy and hope they have it there seeing as how we bought the 128gb one, hopefully they will.
