problems signing into icloud with ipad mini

Can anyone help. I am having problems signing into iCloud on my ipad mini. I am unable to login into anything.

Be sure if your iCloud id and password is correct. Apple id and iCloud id are different. If you are sure about the id and password then try logging in iCloud on your system. If you cannot, then you have forgotten your id or incorrect password. Then you have an option forgot password, answer the security question and you can set up new password.
