I'm not in the UK & never line up but I always look forward to seeing the lines. People are already sitting outside of the Apple Store in NYC.

Why Pentagon City over one of the many others in the area? I've never been to that one myself since I live 10 minutes from Tysons and work 10 minutes from the Fair Oaks one. The DC area has an almost embarrassing number of Apple Stores. I just checked and I have 8 within 10 miles of me and 2 more if I go out to within 25 miles.

Tradition?

I like that one better than the Reston one. Never been to Tyson's.

Well if you've a mind to, I'll probably be waiting most of the night at Tysons like I have for the past few years. I don't mind saving you a spot if you want to join me sometime in the morning before the show starts.

There's only 2 Apple Stores in the entire state of Alabama. One in Birmingham and in Huntsville. None in the capital, Montgomery, nor in Mobile. I'm 80+ miles from the Huntsville store. Yet DC has a bunch and even Istanbul, Turkey has 2 stores.
