Can't download app

I am trying to download xbox smart glass on my iPad. I found the app in the App Store but there is no icon to download it or pay for it?

There's two in the iPhone section of the App Store that should work on the iPad. Select the iPhone tab and download one or both of them to see how it looks and works for you.
