Find IPSW FILE ON WINOWS 7

Hi, I am new to all of this as you will see by my question. I am trying to downgrade my phone from the ios 7 and I have turned off the hidden files. My problem is that everywhere I look on different websites they keep saying to type in Users\<User>\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPhone Software Updates or something similar, the problem is that I don't know where to type it. I have tried looking in my folders and in c//drive but I am not very computer savvy, obviously. Could someone please tell me where am I supposed to type this in? It would be really helpful. Thanks...

When you open up "My Computer" or whatever Windows calls it now, "user" is the name that is assigned to your computer. You'll see that folder in there.
