How can I get my device to work after downloading Dashboard X?

I just downloaded dashboard x and now I can use my iPod cause it doesn't work when I tap on anything also when I hold the lock butten trying to tern it off it comes up with the stocks widget please help me

Have you tried a hard reset? Hold the power and home buttons for several seconds until the apple logo appears, then let the device restart.
