Someone changed my Apple ID blow can I bypass the iCloud lock?

i am not theif and my iphone5 is mine with official reciept,unfortunatelly someone put stupid id and say forget what his account info and all ,,,, thennnnnn freeze with that.

Yup Apple would be you best resort for something like this. As they can get you access tot he device after certain criteria is met.
