Why aren't photos in Photostream syncing to my computer?

I just got the iPhone 5s (had the 4) and photostream is not working!

The pictures are going into a photostream album on my phone but not showing up anywhere on my computer.

Give it time or reboot both devices. You can also try logging out of iCloud on your computer and then logging back in.
