Is there a feature on the iPhone 5 to schedule when messages must be sent out?

Is there a facility on the iPhone 5 to schedule when messages must be sent out. i.e. Message created at 14.00 but must only be sent at 20.00

No. There is no way to do that. No app can do it. There are Apps you can type out a text message for a later time. It then alerts you at that time and you hit send. But there's no way to pre date or pre time a text and it get sent automatically at that time without you hitting send. I have spoken with a Developer about that. I wish I could have that feature.
