jailbroken iPhone 3s won't turn on

I have an iPhone 3gs running iOS 6. The lock button doesn't work. Randomly my iPhone won't turn on. When I plug it into the computer I here a ding to notify that something has been connected but my iPhone doesn't show up in iTunes. How should I fix it please help.

Try pushing down power on/off and volume up button until the apple logo shows, if you still don't see the apple logo, then factory restore.
