Iphone 4S vibrates doesnt ring.....help?

Hello! I have the apple 4S iphone. I am having a problem with the phone vibrating but not ringing. Sounds on the phone seem to work. I put the headphones in and it plays music. In settings, when i click on the ringtone options to choose from they play. My sound is on. The switch by the volume controls is in the correct position. Do not disturb is not on. I did the update to IOS 7.1 ATT did a reset on the phone to set it to factory settings. It still does not ring, however everything else on the phone works? Anyone have any suggestions?

Has the device been dropped or has water or condensation gotten on the device?

How close are you to an Apple Genius Bar?
