I can't download anything from Cydia on my Pangu jaibroken iPhone? Can you help?

ok so my iphone 4s 16GB has been jail broken using pangu and cydia opens but i cant download ANYTHING . what should i do and i cant re jailbreak it bc idk how. it says alot of errors

like '

First, close Cydia, jettison it from background, and reboot your phone. Then see if you still get the error.

If not, what errors are displayed when you try jail breaking again? Have you made sure your iPhone has no pass ode, and the date and time is set to June 2 before you start jail breaking?
