Updates for apps wrong store

I am trying to update some apps on my iPhone 5s which I have had for a few months now, and have been able to update ok until now I get a message now saying"account not in this store" your account is not valid in the us store. You must switch to uk store how do I do this any ideas please

Try signing out, and back into your Apple ID through the App Store. It's at the bottom of the featured section, I believe.
