transfer of video file does not appear in the iphone (5S) camera roll

I have followed all the instructions to transfer a video clip from my Windows PC to the Roll It application on my iPhone (5S)
I can actually see the image of the video on the Roll It application which I recently purchased and installed.
The transfer function has been activated many times now.
But this video clip does not appear on my photos camera roll and I cannot be activate it within the Roll It application.

Please advise what am I doing wrong.

Is there a setting in the app that somehow allows the video to be viewed in the camera roll instead of via the app?
