Why don't I have Cydia after jailbreaking with Pangu?

I followed the instructions and it installs the pangu icon on my iphone and reboots. When it comes back up there is no Cydia.The pangu icon is still there but thats it. Is this an issue that happens?

Does the pangu application give you a message? Like if the jailbreak timed out or something like that?

Make sure if you haven't already to turn off automatic and wifi sync in iTunes and to close iTunes and to try the jailbreak again. I know that fixed my issues jail breaking with pangu.

This happened to a friend of mine. Try restoring your phone first. Or use a different cable.
