How can I transfer my songs from my iPad into my computer and iPod?

My iTunes library has to many songs how do I just pit them all on my macbook and iPod without them going to my iPad :eyelashes:

Do you have iTunes Match? Are you syncing with your PC or Mac? Cn you give us a bit more information?

Disable "Sync All" in the iTunes sync options for you iPad. Or you could just select what you'd like on it.
