My wife's iPad does not have Siri under settings and general. How can she access Siri?

Yes, to build on what leepierre said, the earlier iterations of the iPad don't have Siri, same with the iPhone 4 and earlier. My iPad 2 doesn't have it.

The iPad 1 and 2 did not have Siri. That started with the iPad 3 and the iPad mini. I think.
