can't connect tp Apple store app on my Iphone 5

I have signed out and back in and have checked my internet connection. Everything seems to be working just fine except this connection.
could you please tell me what I have to do?

Try this:

1. on your device, go to Settings - General - Reset
2. Select "Reset Network Settings".

NOTE: Please write down your Wi-Fi passcode because you will need to re-enter it when the device finish rebooting.
