Ios 7.1.2 keyboard shortcut issue

Last week I upgraded to ios 8 beta 3 and I choose to upgrade documents and data to icloud drive, then I decided to downgrade back to ios 7.1.2 and my shortcuts disapierred, I created new ones and it keeps disappearing and it wasn't syncing with my ipad which I had the old shortcuts on on my mac, any one had a similar problem? Apple said to contact developer support.

Are you letting us know or requesting help other than to contact Dev support? Because this is a beta OS. There are likely to be bugs.

I'm on ISO 7.1.2 and my keyboard isn't syncing like it should, after a while it disappears by its own.
