I can't connect to App store or iCloud on iPad. This is causing big but intermittent issues with Safari connectivity. I disconnected everything associated wth iCloud and this helped Safari, but I still cannot connect to App Store. Should I delete my iCloud account? I don't need it, except for Find My iPhone/iPad. I would like to download a different browser, but every time I try, it takes me to App Store which will not connect. All else, other than the two, is fine.
