Why can't I turn off me cellular data??

I can't turn off my cellular data after jailbroken from pangu....Help pls.....urgent!!
I turned off and it will on itself....

There has to be a tweak causing your cell data to turn on automatic even thou this is highly unlikely

Does this accrue when you reboot your device only?

Cydia is using my data.... I can't close cydia's cellular data

Can you turn cellular off for individual apps? Will it go into Airplane Mode? Have you tried Reset Network Settings? Go to Settings>General>Reset> Tap Reset Network Settings. You may need to enter your wifi passcode back in afterwards.

You can choose to turn off data all together by going to Settings>Cellular then toggle off your cellular data and use Wifi only

I turned off all individual cellular data and it still on for cydia

Looks like you're not the only one. Here's the same issue on another thread. It must be the jailbreak. Maybe a tweak causing the problem. Here's the other thread.
