Connecting iPhone 4S to A/V receiver

Hi. I'm interested in finding a product that will allow me to connect my iPhone to my home a/v receiver. I'm guessing this have be either stereo RCA jacks or AC-3 optical jack. I don't need something that has its own speakers though I guess that might be OK since then I would have a portable system though I would never use that except once every millennia. Let me know what's out there, forum folks ... and thanks.

If your looking to get music from your phone to your stereo I just use the 3.5 mm headset jack to RCA input. Cheap and easy to find.
