How to contact all iPhone contacts onto the iCloud? "My iPhone" group of contact contains more than what is already on iCloud.

If you are talking about your Contacts in your iPhone's Contacts list, then go to Settings>iCloud>Toggle on Contacts. They should now be backed up in iCloud when you do the next iCloud back up. Here's where to toggle contacts on:


If this is not what you look for, try being more specific about your need. I'm not sure what you mean by "My iPhone" to Contacts.
