If I delete the MyVodafone app, will it still charge me data usage?

So, I download the app My Vodafone. I was able to login and sign out and log in again but, unable to sign out the second time around. So my question is. If I delete the app will it still charge me data usage ?

If it's connected to a cellular data network, you will be charged the data that was used to download the app.
