Why is there a black oval in the middle of my screen with a white strip around it ?

There is a black oval in the middle of my screen with a white strip around it and then black again. You can see thin lines on the screen too. What is wrong with my iPhone?

I have no idea, but I recommend you make a Genius Bar appointment with the nearest Apple Store to have them diagnose and possibly fix it for you.
