Why has Photo Stream stopped no longer syncing?

Pictures on my iPhone have stop syncing with my iPad photo stream. They are on the same network, iCloud photos streaming is enabled on both, the camera app is closed on both devices..any ideas?

Let both devices enter sleep mode, make sure your Wi-Fi connection is active and online and then give it time. You can also try rebooting both devices.
