I reset my iPad but now need the password to finish it. Can you help?

I restored my ipad but now it is asking for my old ID and password but I cannot remember them it says it is registered under my old email address but I am with a different internet service provider now so I am stuck. is there anything I can do.

If it?s an Apple ID (iTunes, etc), you can click the FORGOT PASSWORD link or use this web link:
https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid.

If it?s Activation Lock, you must enter the correct credentials.
