Cydia No sources or packages are appearing.

I have an IPod 4g on 6.1.5 and just jail broke yesterday (untethered) started experiencing this problem this morning and could not find anything online.
I open up Cydia and here is what it says.
Type "rsh" is not known in line 1 in source list
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/saurik.list
I DO NOT HAVE IFILE
I CANNOT RESTORE MY IPOD
Or I would have to update and not have a jailbreak
There are no sources shown or any packages even ones I installed.
