Wireless Network was change by provider. I cannot change the network on my 4 Sphone.

Do you mean your internet provider changed something and now your wireless router is not working? Go to your WI-FI settings and click on the i in a circle and "Forget This" reboot your router and reset up your connection and that should do it if this is what happened.
