How do I transfer my content from HTC one to iphone 5

Hi,

I've never used an iphone before and just purchased one. Can anyone tell me how to transfer my content from my htc one to my new iphone? The guy at the phone shop said to download 'easy phone sync' but it no longer exists!

If this was a reputable shop he should have done it for you so you can go to Android Forums at AndroidCentral.com and scroll to the HTC forums and find out there or go to a best buy or the carrier and ask them to do it where there might or might not be a slight charge involved.
