How to upgrade ios version ?

I have iPad 2 with ios 6.1.3 jail broken
I want any version of ios 7 with jailbreak ( latest version doesn't have JB)
Is there any provision i could upgrade to ios 7.0.x ( I don't want 7.1 )

Apple is only signing the present version 7.1.1 - that is the only version you can upgrade to.
