Access videos from old backup not synced to iphoto on the cloud

Is there a way to access old backups from the cloud? I know that you can access backups that were done manually on your computer (by plugging in and syncing). However, I am just now realizing that the videos I took on my 4G phone (which I upgraded to a 5s in October) did not sync to my photostream/iphoto on my mac. I no longer have the 4G but am very disappointed to have potentially lost the videos that did not transfer off of it.

If the videos were in your camera roll then they should have been backed up and you should be able to restore them. Now, in regard to your statement, "the videos I took on my 4G phone (which I upgraded to a 5s in October) did not sync to my photostream/iphoto on my mac." Did you mean iPhone 4S? The reason I ask is because if you had an Android 4G type smartphone that you took videos on, there is no way *that I'm aware of* that you can directly upload or sync them to your photostream from the device itself because it's not an Apple product.
