I have a new I-Phone 5s and when I purchased it they did not transfer my mail. I have tried for 3 days threw MSN to get my mail changing password several times which they seemed to think was the problem but it has not helped do you have any solutions for my problem? I need to be able to get my mail when I am away from my computer. Please help if you can I am really unhappy with my new phone.
