App has no open option or cloud after previously being downloaded

I downloaded netflix to my iPad several weeks ago and it worked fine. I looked for it today and it's no where to be found. I searched the App Store for it and it is located in my purchased apps but doesn't give me an option to open or download... Help

Give a hard reboot to your iPad. Hold down the power and home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo and then see if you can download Netflix again.
