Selected firmware

Forgive me if this is posted in the wrong place. I have an iphone 4s with 6.1.2 firmware. Id like to update and re- jailbreak. Is there an option or a trusted site that i can choose which version to update to? Hope that made sense....i dont believe the latest firmware is jailbreakable so id like to update to the last untethered jailbreakable version. Thank you in advance

You can choose your software and decide which one to upload to just remember i0s7.1 is not able to be jailbroken
