US Holidays Subscribed Calendar

I have both a 4s running iOS 6 and one running iOS 7. I am logged into both with different Apple IDs. On the iOS 7 Calendar, I am subscribed to US Holidays Calendar, but I am not on the iOS 6 device. Does that calendar only come with iOS 7? If not, how would I add this calendar to iOS 6?

It only comes with iOS 7.1 but you can get it for your iOS 6 device here:

Also Gmail calendar as well as Exchange servers can have holiday calendars added in that will sync over.

Since I only have Windows computers, guess I'm stuck.

If I borrow a friends MacBook and add my email account, then download and install from the link you sent, that will add the calendar into my 4s?

I signed into my other iOS 6 device and the calendar did not carry over. I assume if I wipe my device I will have to redownload from the link again?

You can do this without a computer. This worked for me before they recently added the Holidays. Here's how:
