Restore From backup & keep 7.0.3

[iMore Question]

Hi, I want to do a restore from backup(cos my Facetime stopped working-stuck on "Connecting")
Currently on 7.0.3 11B511

I do not want to update to above 7.0.6 as i want to be able to JB in future, currently not.

Can i just download an iOS, either 7.0.3/4/6 and use the shift+restore and select my desired iOS and restore like that??

You have no choice in the matter. If you wipe or do a clean install on your phone you are going to have 7.1.1 installed even if you don't want it. The others Apple stopped signing a long time ago.

If you want to use FaceTime you would have to update, Apple isn't signing iOS 7.0.4/5/6 anymore, they are only signing iOS 7.1 & 7.1.1 currently (at the time of this post).
