How do you turn off iCloud sync completely?

I have an iPod 3 or 4 generation (not so sure) and my sister has an IPod 5th generation. She used the same credit card number that I use and now she sees everything I do. for ex My downloads and history. I would like to have a more private life. it really irritates me, Is there anyway to turn off sync COMPLETELY? and I'm not saying deactivate acc and add a new email, I already did that but she still sees everything! Someone please help me!!

If it's purchases, she'll need to remove your account from her iTunes app as well as iCloud
