Iphone 5S won't turn on

Help! My Iphone 5s is a month old. It randomly crashed and will only show the white apple logo-turn-on-screen for 2 seconds and turn back off. What is going on? It is charged to 80% or more, I know for a fact, and it just will not turn on. I have tried holding the home screen and lock button down for over a minute and it still keeps flashing.

Try a restore with iTunes if not take it to apple to be replaced

Did you jailbreak it? You should be able to restore it using DFU mode and iTunes
