My carrier bundle for Netcom has corrupted itself. Could somebody do me a huge favour and zip the latest version in /system/library/carrier bundles/iPhone. The whole Netcom folder if possible please.

Why don't you just download the appropriate iOS version for your model iPhone?

You can try using semi restore and see if that helps. I don't think it will. A restore may be your only option since I don't think that anyone is going to do that. I've never even heard of Netcom. Sorry.
