(Jailbroken iPhone 4 running iOS 6.1)
Last night i was updating and downloading new tweaks through Cydia which then prompted me to restart SpringBoard. So i did which resluted in an endless loop of seeing the apple logo and then a black screen. My iPhone then appeared to be in Safe Mode without me having access to Cydia or Cydia downloaded apps or tweaks, but I couldnt actually exit Safe Mode.
I dont know what to do and dont want to update to the latest firmware as there is no jailbreak for it yet. I have tried restoring to the same firmware through iTunes but all i get is a dialogue box saying the "device isnt eligible for the requested build."
