itunes automatically switched to a different language . How do I change it back to English?

My itunes automatically switched to a different language and I can't read it to get it back to english. How do I change it back to english?

Uninstall and then install it again from the Apple website.

I believe there is a setting drop down box already in iTunes and all you need to do is simply change the language especially if you have the most current version. If not, Then go to the Apple USA site I am assuming you mean and do what was suggested on top.

If it is just the iTunes app, try rebooting your device.
