The title of your thread is, "iPad password", but you state, "set my iCloud password" in your post. To which are you actually referring to? Are you asking how to set an iCloud password? If so, you must first create an iCloud account which will prompt you to create and iCloud ID and password. If you're asking to bypass an iPad lockscreen, or an iCloud activation lock, we're not going to help you or even discuss it here at iMore.
