Use iOS Twitter Apps Without Registration/Login?

Is there any iOS Twitter apps that doesn't require registration/login to use? I just want to get updates from some of my favourite app developers and have no intention to register for a Twitter account. At the moment I'm using Safari to get Twitter updates but it's a bit tedious.

Far as I know, you have to have a Twitter account to actually follow tweets beyond having a Safari shortcut with a direct link to each feed you're interested in.

I tried the official iOS Twitter app but it requires login. Didn't intend to follow anyone but occasionally would like to just visit a few app developer's twitter to get news. At the moment using direct link in Safari, e.g. http://www.twitter.com/1password. Not an elegant way but I didn't want to register for a Twitter account.
