1. In the future, enable Photostream on both devices. By doing so, any photos taken on one will automatically sync to the other. In the meantime, I recommend that you either sync the photos from the iPhone to your computer and then to your iPad or upload them to a cloud storage service like Dropbox and then download them to your iPad via the cloud service's iOS app.
