Issues with data usage

Since October I've had an issue where when I have data turned on, my battery starts draining very quickly and my data usage skyrockets. The phone also gets pretty hot during all of this. There are transfers of at least 500 kb/s as soon as I turn on data and check the network usage logs. Even with every app closed data is still being used, so I'm led to believe it is a tweak that is causing the problem. Here's what I have installed:

I'm using an iPhone 4 running iOS 6.1. Does anyone know if any of these tweaks are known to cause problems? Otherwise what's eating up all of my data? Thanks a lot!

Do u have a large email that didn't get sent and maybe trying to send every time it's connected to data? Check you outbox

No, I don't use email or any streaming services on my phone.

I have seen and every time someone asks such a question with a long list of tweaks and apps they have added to the device they have the only way and it takes times but start one at a time until you find what is causing the issue and delete it.
