How do I locate the carrier that my iPhone is locked to or associated with?

I bought iPhone 4 to someone but i don't know
the network that block this iPhone

I am in Albanian

When you turn on the phone, does it not show the name of the wireless carrier in the upper left corner of the screen? Can you not go to Settings - General - About and see the name of the carrier next to "Network" and again next to "Carrier"? What is the "Model" number listed in the settings?

When I turn on the Phone in the corner it do not show the network it sat no servis,after that it open a screen with language.Select one
it give select your country.In mean time it go to Wi -fi ,or select a network .
after it give the sim not recognise.

Go into the settings app then scroll down to General then tap on About. The network will be at the top.
