Game in iCloud has disappeared from iPad mini

I have lost the Candy Crush game on my iPad mini. When I look in the purchased apps, it appears with the icloud icon beside it. When I click on it though, it turns into a little square with a circle around it and will not do anything. How do I get the game back onto my iPad.

The same game on my iPhone now says that I am no longer connected to it and it looks like a Facebook error message.
