iPad Mini WIth retina display Or Galaxy S4

Hey it's hard time choosing a mobile or tablet would be great if any suggestions.
I have ended up with Two choices
1. iPad mini w/ rdisplay
2. Samsung Galaxy S4

I have used iPad mini w/ rdisplay really love it. Phone calls isnt important but a welcome addition

P.S: Screen size doesnt matter
My budget is around Rs.30000 INR ($500 USD) Do sugest any other devices if they are good iam on tight budet

lol...now we're doing tablet vs. phone comparison advice? Come on man...how are we going to decide which one is better for you? Especially between two very different devices with very different purposes.
